TERMS AND CONDITIONS

MIXKO will process all orders within three working days of receipt of order (not including weekends and bank holidays) unless otherwise informed - in the case of custom orders, items not in stock, waiting for production. MIXKO hope that you will be completely satisfied with your order, we make every effort to give you the best products and best mail order service.


POST All items are sent by the Royal Mail standard service, we keep the certificate of posting on dispatch of the item - if you wish to use a superior service (domestic and international signed for, next day delivery etc..), please contact us via email for this to be arranged. Damage / Loss / Delay occurred during the transport is beyond MIXKO's responsibility. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

DELIVERY TIME : LOST / DAMAGED ITEMS UK If service by Post Office is used: According to the post office, it normally takes one or two working days within the UK. Please get back to us if you have not received in fifteen days from posting. Until then, there is nothing MIXKO can do. For items lost or damaged, refund or breakage will be issued in full once Mixko has received compensation from Royal Mail.
If service by other carrier (DHL, FEDEX or UPS) is used: According to the carrier, all claims are subject to the following submission (not notification) deadlines: Damage - 14 days from the date of despatch. Loss - 28 days from the date of despatch. (Any claim received after these deadlines cannot be accepted.) Until then, there is nothing we can do. For items lost or damaged, refund or breakage will be issued in full once Mixko has received compensation from the carrier.

DELIVERY TIME : LOST / DAMAGED ITEMS INTERNATIONAL If service by Post Office is used: According to the post office, it normally takes five working days to reach destinations outside EU, three working days to EU. Please get back to us if you have not received in twenty days (EU) or twenty five days (rest of the World) from posting. Until then, there is nothing we can do. For items lost or damaged, refund or breakage will be issued in full once Mixko has received compensation from Royal Mail.

PRICES Prices are as stated on the web site and are subject to change at any time without notice.


AVAILABILITY MIXKO will do everything in their power to ensure that the web site does not have any problems and that the goods displayed are available. However it cannot guarantee any goods on the site are in stock or available.


RETURNS MIXKO hopes all customers are happy with their purchases. If the product(s) MIXKO deliver are not what you ordered or are defective, please let us know within seven days of receipt of goods and we will provide a refund or replacement. If you do wish to return an item you may do so within fourteen days of receiving the item where upon we will be happy to issue a full refund (minus initial postage costs and PayPal fee) or exchange the item for another size / colour. Items should be returned in their original condition and reach our address within sixteen days from the original order. Return postage must be paid by customer. Items are your responsibility until they reach us.

CRAFTED ITEMS Felt and ceramic products, accessories and other art+creative items are handmade by designers themselves. Mixko invite customers to cosider these object not a product but an art object with no specific function. Please use at your own risk. Mixko shall not be liable for damage or expense arising directly or indirectly as a consequence of use of the item.

PACKAGINGS MIXKO will reduce consumption of new materials by reusing packaging for transportation where possible. Customers can arrange with MIXKO for new packaging if necessary. Customers are invited to treat and use our packaging materials at their own risk. MIXKO do not include unnecessary warnings where common sense can be applied, such as “this is not a toy” on every plastic bag, for example.
